What is the Grimm Tarot System?

The Grimm Tarot System is a rigorous, professional and immediately usable method for reading tarot, founded by Master Zhongtian and iterated for over a decade by Chong Xianshen as Lead Methodologist. Grounded in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn—"Grimm" is a transliteration of "green" (healthy, organic, serious), signalling the School's serious and pragmatic orientation—it reconstructs all 78 cards into a structured knowledge system that can be taught, reproduced and applied to real reading scenarios.

Unlike image-association schools ("read the picture") or purely historical schools (origins without application), the System's core trait is engineering thinking—turning tarot from an intuitive divination tool into a trainable, assessable and transferable methodology. Its framework rests on dialectical-binary and triadic-cyclical philosophy, unfolding through seven pillars: element, number, spread, Major Arcana, astrological correspondence, the Seven Stars System and Kabbalah correspondence.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Grimm Tarot System for?

Three kinds of learners: beginners who want a clear path into tarot, intermediate readers still relying on intuition, and professionals who want to embed reading into services such as consulting, writing and education.

How long does it take to learn the system?

It varies with each learner's pace and prior foundation, and requires sustained practice. We make no concrete time commitment—progress depends on continued practice, module by module.

Does the system depend on esoteric beliefs?

No. The System is methodological: every reading rests on card structure plus verifiable frameworks such as element, number and astrological correspondence, with no supernatural assumptions.
